    Thank you for your interest in our community! All units offer major appliances, stunning floor plans, and easy access to schools, shopping, and restaurants. Convenient to Rock Hill, Pineville, and Charlotte! Here are a few helpful reminders when returning your application:
    1. 1. Please make sure to complete all pages of the application and sign where applicable. Failure to have all areas completed can cause a delay in the processing of your application. If a section does not apply to you please skip.
    2. 2. Be sure to include copies of all driver’s license or ID cards and copies of social security cards for everyone over the age of 18.
    3. 3. The full name and phone number(s) for the place of employment for all working adults in the household. Or you may attach copies of your last 3 pay stubs. If you receive Social Security, please obtain a print out from the Social Security Administration If you receive a pension bring in a copy of your last check stub or bank statement showing the monthly amount you receive.
    4. 4. Make sure the attached release form is signed and dated by all household members 18 years and older.
    5. 5. An application fee of $35 per adult, by cash, card or in a money order made payable to Crown Hollow Apartments.
    6. 6. Addresses for all landlords for the last 5 years. Addresses must match addresses listed on your credit report.
    Once we have received your completed application, with all requested information outlined above, we will start the approval process. Once we have verified all information we will then obtain a credit report(s). The entire approval process may take as long as 48 hours to complete. If your application is approved, we will contact you and make arrangements for you to come in and pay your security deposit and set up your move in date. Once a move in date has been chosen, you will also need to make arrangements to have your power turned on. Duke Energy Service our area.
